With hearts overflowing with thanksgiving to God Almighty for a long, impactful, and remarkable journey, the Ajomewo and Agidife Egwe families formally announce the transition to glory of our iconic matriarch:

MAMA ROSALINE ETOKAME (NEE AJOMEWO) EGWE

May 8, 1918 – September 10, 2026

Age: 108 Years

A Life Worthy of Celebration

Spanning over ten decades, Mama’s life was a testament to strength, wisdom, faith, and unconditional love. She stood as a beacon of guidance and unity, leaving behind an indelible mark on her community and an enduring family legacy.

Survived By

Mama is survived by six beloved children, alongside numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren extending to the fourth generation:

Oghale Egwe — Daughter & Eldest Child
Izrel Agidife — 1st Son & 2nd Child
Dr. Kent Agidife — 2nd Son & 3rd Child
James-Paul Agidife — 5th Son & 6th Child
God'swill Agidife — 6th Son & 7th Child
Fame Agidife — 7th Son & 8th Child

...and many more grand and great-grandchildren to the 4th generation.

Interment & Funeral Details

Family, friends, well-wishers, and the general public are warmly invited to join the family in celebrating the glorious life of our mother and matriarch.

Venue: Family Compound, Iyede-Ame, Ndokwa-East Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria.
