What the big companies do that the small companies do not do. The parameters between the big companies and the small companies are wide apart. In the big companies there are experts such as projects management experts, QS (quantity surveyors), legal advisers, administrative experts, marketing experts, architects, engineers and departmental directors and each of these men are authorities in their own rights handling one thing or the other for just one company and that makes the work of the MD/CEO and the chairman far much easier while in the case of the small companies are much far differs in the sense that the small companies do not have the financial muscles to hire such human recourses to handle same, so, the chairman have to be MD/EO, secretary, managers, down to cleaners and everything.
